Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. UNTIL A SUDDEN IMPULSE (SI) OCCURRED AT 1750Z. SINCE THEN THE
MID-LATITUDES HAVE BEEN UNSETTLED AND THE HIGH LATITUDES HAVE BEEN
AT ACTIVE TO MINOR STORM LEVELS.
