UNSETTLED AT ALL LATITUDES THROUGH 22/0400UT. MIDDLE LATITUDE FIELD
ACTIVITY DECLINED TO QUIET LEVELS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY. HIGH
LATITUDE FIELD ACTIVITY WAS MOSTLY QUIET DURING 22/0500-1400UT, THEN
INCREASED DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE PERIOD WITH UNSETTLED TO
ACTIVE LEVELS DETECTED.
