C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary
THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD WAS
UNSETTLED TO ACTIVE. SOME HIGH LATITUDE SITES EXPERIENCED PERIODS OF
MINOR STORMING. ENERGETIC ELECTRON FLUXES AT GEOSYNCHRONOUS ORBIT
REACHED HIGH LEVELS OVER THE PERIOD.
