Bulletin

The flaring activity is rather low with only one C-class flare reported during last 24 hours. The fast developing Catania sunspot group 92 (NOAA AR 1762) became even more complex and has currently beta-gama-delta configuration of its photospehric magnetic field. We expect some C-class and M-class flaring activity, in particular, from this active region. The interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 4 nT. Earth is still inside the fast flow, with the solar wind gradually slowing down and currently amounting about 580 km/s. The low-latitude coronal hole in the northern hemisphere has completely passed across the central meridian today. The arrival of the fast solar wind at the Earth, although not very probable, is expected on late June 6. The geomagnetic conditions are unsettled to quiet (Dourbes reports K=3 or less), and expect to remain so in the following hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 035, based on 16 stations.
