The only reported flare in the last 24 hours was B3.8 flare which peaked at 19:40 UT on Jun 13. We expect solar activity to stay on the same low level with possible isolated B-class flares. No Earth directed CMEs have been observed and the solar protons remained at background level in the past 24 hours. The solar wind speed remains to be somewhat elevated and it amounts about 470 km/s. The interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 4nT. The fast solar wind associated with the large equatorial coronal hole which has reached the central meridian yesterday morning, is expected to arrive at the Earth late tomorrow or early morning of June 16. The geomagnetic conditions are presently quiet to unsettled and we expect them to stay so in the coming hours.
Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 012, based on 25 stations.
