Bulletin

Solar activity was at very low levels. There is no sunspots on the visible side of solar disk. No coronal mass ejections (CMEs) were observed. Integral proton flux for protons with energies above 10 MeV remained at background level. Quiet flaring conditions are expected. The earth environment is under the influence of a coronal hole fast wind stream. Solar wind speed increased from 600 till 700 km/s over the past 24 hours. Total interplanetary magnetic filed decreased from 9 till 6 nT, while its Bz component fluctuated between -7 and 7 nT, being rather negative. The geomagnetic field was from minor to moderate storm level with only 2 episodes of active conditions at planetary level. Locally in Dourbes geomagnetic field was ranged from active to minor storm level. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to continue mostly at minor storm level. Some episodes of moderate storms are also not excluded for the nexr 24 hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 008, based on 22 stations.
