Bulletin

There are presently no sunspot groups observed on the visible side of the Sun. Accordingly, no flares were reported during last 24 hours and we expect such a quiet conditions to persist in the coming hours. No Earth directed CMEs were observed, and the solar protons remained at the background level.

The solar wind speed is slowly decreasing and it presently amounts about 490 km/s, and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is 4 nT. The fast solar wind associated with rather patchy equatorial coronal hole, which reached central meridian in the morning of June 27, might arrive to the Earth after the midday of June 30 (as forecasted by EUHFORIA model). The geomagnetic conditions are presently quiet and we expect quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 29 stations.
