Bulletin

Solar activity was very low with X-ray flux remaining below B level and no spots on the visible disk. This is expected to remain so over the next days.

No Earth directed CMEs have been identified in coronagraph images.

Proton flux levels were at background values and are expected to remain so.

Solar wind conditions remained slightly elevated with solar wind speed reaching a peak of 480 km/s but mostly below 450 km/s. Total magnetic field was between 2-7.5nT. The magnetic field phi angle was in the positive sector for the entire period. Solar wind conditions should slowly turn to nominal over next days, with some slight increases possible under the influence of a negative polarity coronal hole in the Southern hemisphere.

Geomagnetic conditions were quiet to unsettled (NOAA Kp 1-3 and local K Dourbes 0-3) and quiet to unsettled conditions are expected to continue over the next days.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 25 stations.
