Bulletin

There was no flaring activity reported during last 24 hours and we expect such a low level of activity to persist in the coming days. No Earth directed CMEs were reported during last 24 hours. The solar protons remained at the background level.

The slight increase of the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude (up to 7 nT) and simultaneous oscillations of its Bz component, together with the increase of the solar wind speed (up to 440 km/s) and the temperature, were observed starting from about 10 UT yesterday. These in situ observations indicate arrival of the structure in the solar wind, possibly associated with the small, negative polarity coronal hole which reached central meridian on November 23. The solar wind speed is incensing and it presently amounts about 390 km/s. The interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 4 nT. During last 24 hours geomagnetic conditions were quiet to unsettled, and we expect them to remain so in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 11 stations.
