Bulletin

Visible side of the solar disc is spotless. There were no flares reported in last 48 hours and we do not expect any flaring activity in the coming days. No Earth directed CMEs were observed, and the solar protons remained at the background level.

Small increase of the solar wind speed (up to 490 km/s reached at about 19 UT on June 30), which followed fluctuations of the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude and oscillations of its Bz component was possibly associated with patchy equatorial coronal hole, which reached central meridian in the morning of June 27. The solar wind speed is presently about 390 km/s and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 2 nT. The geomagnetic conditions are presently quiet and we expect quiet geomagnetic conditions to persist in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 29 stations.
