No active regions visible on the Sun. No flares observed, nor expected.

No Earth directed CMEs in past 24 h. Solar protons have remained at background levels over the past 24 hours.

The solar wind speed is at 530 km/s with interplanetary magnetic field magnitude of 5 nT. The Earth is still inside the high speed stream from a positive polarity coronal hole, but its effects are fading. Quiet to unsettled conditions have been observed in the past 24 h and the same is expected for the next 48 h (isolated active periods remain possible).
