Bulletin

Solar activity was very low, without any significant flaring. The extended filament in the NW quadrant showed signs of activity but did not erupt yet. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed.

Solar wind speed remains low around 400 km/s and the magnitude of the interplanetary field is between 4 and 8 nT. Geomagnetic conditions are quiet (K <4) and are expected to mainly remain so, with some chances for an isolated slot of active conditions (K=4).

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 019, based on 22 stations.
