Solar activity was very low, without any significant flaring. Sunspot regions 74 (NOAA 2356) and new Catania regions 76 and 77 are to be monitored while they rotate on the disk. No Earth-bound CMEs were observed.
The solar wind speed has slight increased and achieves values near 400 km/s, while the magnitude of the interplanetary magnetic field is close to 10 nT. Geomagnetic conditions are quiet (K <4) and are expected to slightly increase within the next 24 hours to active conditions (K=4).
