Solar activity is extremely low, without flaring activity reported during last 24 hours. We do not expect change in the level of the flaring activity in the coming hours. Coronagraph images do not show signatures of the Earth directed CMEs, and the solar protons are at the background level.
The Earth is presently inside the slow solar wind with the speed of about 360 km/s, and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is 3 nT. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet and we expect them to stay so in the coming hours.
Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 23 stations.
